Winter fun!

We had about 6 inches of snow last night and have had snow/sleet all day today. The kids have had a great time sledding down the cul-de-sac and the dogs are exhausted from romping in the snow! Mike and I have managed to get in a few trips down on the sleds also!

Karate

Amanda, Alex and Jessica all earned their orange belt in December!

Halloween fun!

Mandy's party, costume karate, pumpkin carving, trick-or-treating...we have had a fun October! Mandy chose to dress up as Scrooge (a cat from a book series that she likes). Jessica was a purple fairy and Alex was a red power ranger.

Karate

The kids started taking karate in August. They have really enjoyed it and are doing well! They start as a white belt and then test to earn higher belts. All of the kids tested for and earned their yellow belt in October and last week they did stripe testing and are now yellow belts with a black stripe. If they continue working hard they will be orange belts by Christmas!

Dancing with Daddy!

Our church held their annual father daughter dance tonight. The girls were so excited about going and had a great time dancing up a storm! Alex and I had a date night also and we went out for ice cream and then got into pajamas and watched Sword in the Stone. These are the things that memories are made of.
